Date and venue

Education Agents Forum will take place on 17 November 2025 in Rendezvous Hotel Melbourne, 328 Flinders Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000.
The hotel is conveniently located in Melbourne CBD within a three-minute walk from Flinders Street Station.

Schedule

17 of November 2025
8:30 - 9:30	- Education agents register. Education providers set up their meeting tables.
9:30 - 11:30	- 8x15 min pre-arranged one-on-one meetings.
11:30 - 12:00	- Coffee break
12:00 - 13:30	- 6x15 min pre-arranged one-on-one meetings.
13:30 - 14:30	- Lunch
14:30 - 16:00	- 6x15 min pre-arranged one-on-one meetings.
16:00 - 16:30	- Coffee break. Informal meetings between education providers and agents

How the meetings are arranged

3 weeks before the event all participating education providers and approved agents would be given online access to appointment system where they can pre-arrange 15-min appointments with each other.

Regular rates

$1365 inc GST standard spot (middle of the room, no banners behind the table please)
$1585 inc GST place with display area where you can place your banner

Participation includes:

Place at the Forum (a meeting table and 4 chairs, a power socket, Internet access).
Coffee breaks and lunch for 2 representatives of your company.
An additional representative can attend at a delegate fee rate of $90 inc GST per person.
Use of the online appointment system (one account per organisation).
Information about your organisation in the Forum Catalogue, which all the participants shall receive.
A copy of the Forum Catalogue with all the contacts of agents.

Price-list for exhibitors

Sponsorship package – $2450 inc GST: This is the package that involves the most active representation and excellent visibility of your products and services at the event.
Exhibition package – $1365 inc GST: This package will allow you to participate in the event and present your products in a way similar to the way education providers are represented.
Visitors' package – $480 inc GST: This package will allow 1 representative of your organisation to attend the event and distribute your materials to participants.
