Participation in the event is free for approved agencies.
We shall check references and we shall approve your participation within 3-4 working days from receiving an application.
Approved agencies receive:
opportunity to arrange one-to-one meetings with education providers
access to interesting seminars and presentations
a copy of the Forum catalogue
listing in the Forum catalogue
coffee-breaks and lunch
Approved agencies are invited to participate in all the Forum program,
from 9 am till 4:30 pm on 25 of November.
We can also approve the participation of a small number of agents that are
just starting to operate and cannot yet provide references from 2
education organisations they have worked with. These agents will be
marked as "New" in the catalogue and in online appointment system.

Frequently asked questions
Why do you ask for credit card details if participation is free?
Participation in the event is indeed free for approved agents. It is
very important for both organisers and education providers that
education agents are serious about visiting the Forum and that they will
attend the meetings they have confirmed. To ensure this, we have
introduced the non-attendance fee which applies when a registered agent
fails to come to the event and fails to send a notice regarding it.
Honestly, the last thing we want is to charge agents cancellation fees.
We just what to know exactly what agents are coming to the Forum and
which institutions they plan to meet, etc.
Why do we need to use the online appointment system?
Can I just drop by and talk to any education provider available?
We strongly advise you to use the online appointment system because this
will ensure that you will meet all the education providers you are
interested in meeting. If you just drop by without making appointments,
there is a good chance that providers that you are interested in meeting
will not be available at the time.
Do I need to be at the Forum from 9 am until 5 pm?
What if I am only interested in meeting several providers and want to visit the event only for a couple of hours?
Yes, it is OK for agents that do not require accommodation to visit the
Forum for a shorter time. The best way to plan your visit is to use the
online appointment system and arrange appointments with providers you
are most interested in meeting.
For the agents coming from other states and requiring accommodation
we can only approve accommodation for agents that will attend at least
80% of all meetings during the day.
What if my plans have changed and I have to cancel my visit to the Forum?
Send us an e-mail to agents@agentforum.com.au to do it. For agents that
do not require accommodation, there is no penalty if you cancel your
participation 3 days before the event. If you cancel after it there is a
cancellation fee of $35.
For agents that require accommodation, there is no penalty if you cancel
7 days before the event. If you cancel after it there is a cancellation
fee of $35+ $180 (cost of the 1 night of accommodation).
What agents are eligible for 1-night accommodation?
Experienced education agents that do not have offices in NSW
are eligible for 1 night of accommodation. This option is not available
for agents with offices in QLD and for agents that are just starting to
operate and cannot provide references from 2 education providers they
have successfully worked with. We have a limited number of rooms to offer,
so please apply as soon as you can if you require accommodation.
